    oath of allegiance to Mass. govt. 16 Nov. 1652. Selectman. He deposed 25
    June, 1662, ae. about 47 years. [P. Files.] He conveyed house and lands to
    his son in law William Hilton as a dowry to his daughter Rebecca, Hilton's
    wife, 18 April, 1667. He m. (2) Welthian, widow of John Goddard; with her he
    sold land 23 July, 1669.
