  If correct, his age at death would place his birth about 1594, but this would make him thirty-seven when he was a servant of William Pelham, and more than forty years old when he married. A more likely year for his birth would be about 1605 or even 1610. Subsistence farmer who came to Massachusetts Bay in 1630 & settled in Watertown. "Thomas Bartlitt (Ensign of Watertown) deceased the 26 of April [1654] aged about 60 years." Married by 28 February 1636/7 Hannah _____; she died at Watertown 11 July 1676.
