He was twice married: Eleanor St. John, daughter of Oliver St. John, Esq., Sheriff of Lincolnshire and Elizabeth Scrope, circa 1500; No issue. Margaret Wotton, daughter of Sir Robert Wotton, Sheriff of Kent, Lt. of Guisnes, Comptroller of Calais and Anne Belknap, between 6 January 1509 and 31 December 1509; They had 4 sons: Sir Henry, 3rd Marquess of Dorset, Duke of Suffolk Edward Sir Thomas Sir John ... and 4 daughters Mary Katherine, wife of Sir Henry FitzAlan, Earl of Arundel Elizabeth, wife of Sir Thomas, Lord Audley of Walden, & of George Norton Anne, wife of Sir Henry Willoughby. left a will on 2 June 1530.
