  Date of death extrapolated from his obituary, published on 14 May 1930, which states he "died on Monday". 14 May 1930 was a Wednesday, which makes the immediately preceding Monday 12 May. "History of Polk County, Iowa" records that Frank was from Cincinnati, Ohio. An article in "The Cincinnati Post" records that Frank was the partner of Levi Ault in founding the firm, Ault & Wiborg Co, in 1878. The company was a major producer and distributor of ink and lithograph supplies.[Full article, published 3-19-1999:http://www.cincypost.com/living/1999/ault091399.html] He would serve as Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Labor in the administration of President William Howard Taft. Another article in "The Cincinnati Post" makes reference to Frank making a grant to the children's department of the Cincinnati library in the names of his three daughters.
