  • Notes
    • Piscataqua, witnessed John Lander's deed 10 January 1639. List 281. (Inhabitants who did, and those who did not, attend Saco court 25 June 1640).
In March 1646-7 John Billings' widow deposed that John Billings gave William Wormwood 2 acres and Lander gave him 2, evidently the 4 acres at Kittery Point, with a house, which he sold to Thomas Crockett before 21 September 1647. He successfully sued Nicholas Brown for debt in 1648 when William Seeley got into trouble by taking away the bull that had been attached.
A common swearer and turbulent person in 1650; in October that year he and his wife were allowed to sit down at Isles of Shoals, but not to sell drink.
In October 1647 his wife was ordered to Boston to answer a charge.
