He also mentions his wife Martha, and sons Roger and Thomas Scott. Thomas Scott came with his wife and children to this country in the same vessel as Richard and his family, and they brought Martha Scott with them. This will was made 24 Sept. 1625 In the 21st year of James of England by Henry Scott of Rattlesden in the Co. of Suffolk and diocese of Norwich. It was proved in the court of the Archdeacon of Sudbury 10 January 1624-5. As Thomas Scott settled in Ipswich this may have had some influence in causing Richard's removal from Watertown. Henry Scott was buried at Rattlesden, 24 Dec. 1624. (Parish Register.) Ursula may have been married to Giles Cowes and had two daughters. Evidence for this is from a will by Richard Kimball, Sr. of Ipswich, dated 5 March 1674, probated 28 September 1675. In it he statres: "I give alsoe Eight pound to the Two Eldest Daughters of Gilles Senrs (Gyles Cowes: copy: that hee had by his first wife,) to be paid and Equaly devided to them at the age of sixteene, if Either of them die before, Then the whole, to be given to that Remaines" Daughter of Henry Scott (abt 1565 - 1624) and Martha Whatlock (1568 - aft 1634).
