  George died alone in his home and lay there for 3 days as a blizzrd raged and t he neighbors were unable to reach him. Finally A. Lawrence Griffen was able to make it through the snow with a team and wagon and transported the body to Week s Funeral Home in Warsaw, NY. [Source: Quakertown History by Robert Griffen pub . 1995]
