I., widow of John E.O'Keefe Jr., and James W. Walker, son of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Walker of 1 Sutton Place, obtained a marriage license yesterday afternoon at the Municipal Building. They plan to be married on March 30 at the Ritz-Carlton. The bride-elect, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ledyard Mitchell of Grosse Pointe, Mich., and East Hampton, L. I., made her debut in the 1935-36 season in Detroit. In 1937, she was married to Mr. O'Keefe, who died in September, 1943, while on active duty as a lieutenant in the Naval Reserve.
