    • Given an allotment of land in Hatfield MA abt 1668. He was a sergeant in King Philip's War. Obadiah and one child were captured by Indians on 19 Sep 1677 and taken captive to Canada. Sarah was severely burned and left dead, and their house and barn burned. The following spring, they were ransomed and returned.
