April 15 at 12: 4 a.m. in Blessing Hospital in Quincy. She was born May 14, 1921 in Van Buren County, Iowa. A daughter of Ralph and Edith Barker Dodds. She was a graduate of Bonaparte High School. She was married to Charles Yenter, Jr. on Dec 24, 1951 in Keosauqua She was a member of the LaBelle Christian Church, the Christian Womans Fellowship and a member of the LaBelle A.T. Chapter of P.E.O. Surviving are her husband Charles at home, her mother Edith Dodds of Fairfield, two brothers John and Keith Dodds both of rural Fairfield, several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her father and a nephew. Funeral services were held thursday, April 18, 10:00 A.M. in Coder Funeral Chapel in LaBelle with Rev. Leland Beck officiating. Surviving: her husband; mother, Edith Dodds, Fairfield; two brothers, John and Keith Dodds, both of Fairfield; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Apr 18, 1985 at Coder Funeral Chapel in LaBelle with burial in Vale Cemetery, northeast of Bonaparte, Iowa.
