Mrs. Elizabeth Halstead, widow of Hiram Halstead, died Turesday at thehome of her daughter, Mrs. Wesley Weyant, No 8 Van Ness Street. She was 80 years of age and had recently suffered a stroke of paralysis. She is survived by six children as follows: Mrs. William C. Cosman. of Middle Hope, Mrs. William J. Cosman of Marlborough, Mrs. Wesley Weyant and Miss Frances Halstead, two sons, Gilbert Halstead, who resides in Prospect street, and George Halstead. Newburgh Daily News Aug 26 Halstead- In this city, August 25, 1908, Elizabeth A. Halstead, widow of the late Hiram Halstead. Funeral services at her late residence, No 8 VanNess street, Friday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment at Middlehope.
