    Robert Latham and his daughter Mercy, wife of "Isaack complained to the General Court at Plymouth that Harris “departed the government" leaving her with her child; the court took action 5 July 1669.

    On 2 Feb 1684 Isaac Harris of Bridgewater and wife Mercy sold land in Bridgewater to Thomas Snell. On 4 Jan. 1706 Isaac Harris of Bridgewater gave land in Bridgewater to son Samuel Harris.

    On 7 Mar 1707 sons-in-law Peletiah Smith and John Kingman were appointed administrators of the estate of Isaac Harris late of Bridgewater. On the same day Peletiah was appointed guardian to Isaac's daughter Mercy "Harrice" aged over 14; and Peter Dunbar was appointed guardian to Isaac's two children by his wife Mary, Peter's sister. A 19 June 1708 account and division of Isaac's estate names Isaac Harris as eldest living son, other sons Samuel and Benjamin, daughters Desire wife of John Kingman, Jane wife of Peletiah Smith and Susanna “Nuland,” Mary, Mercy and Martha. 15:29
